We are pleased to welcome Paul Butterworth and Sam Joseph as guest judges for the Graduate Art Show 2026.
Both former participants, they bring a valuable perspective shaped by their own experience of the show and the paths their practices have taken since.
Their involvement adds a meaningful full-circle moment to this year’s edition, and we’re excited to have them play a part in selecting the next generation of artists.
The Graduate Art Show is an annual platform dedicated to championing emerging artists at the start of their careers.
Launched with the aim of supporting recent graduates from art schools across the UK and beyond, the show offers artists the chance to exhibit in established galleries, connect with curators, collectors, and fellow creatives, and gain meaningful exposure in a professional setting.
Each year, a selection of early-career artists working across different disciplines: from painting and sculpture to photography, performance, and installation — are invited to present their work in a curated group exhibition.
