Emerging from the quiet setting of an empty studio, the work began with an image captured on an iPhone, curating discarded objects and the ephemeral quality of light within the space. These objects, overlooked and abandoned, are metaphors for personal and collective struggles with trauma and invisibility. Through their transformation into something meaningful and of aesthetic value, the book became a process of reclaiming agency, space, and self-worth.

The work engages with the impermanence of memory and the instability of value. As the original image underwent translation into hand-made photolithographic prints, its meaning evolved with each reproduction, reflecting the degradation of clarity and permanence over time.

InVisible is a hand printed photolithographic book bound in silk, an edition of 2, that fades with each reproduced page.
